Arsenal eye Kroupi as Real Madrid weigh Branthwaite move in transfer gossip

The latest transfer speculation puts Arsenal at the centre of interest in one of Bournemouth’s most promising young attackers. The Gunners are reportedly extremely keen on Eli Junior Kroupi, the 20-year-old Bournemouth and France Under-21s forward, though any move would come at a significant cost. Bournemouth would expect a huge fee for the youngster.

Real Madrid are also assessing defensive options, with Everton’s Jarrad Branthwaite said to be under consideration. The 24-year-old England defender is reportedly on the radar of several Premier League clubs as well, suggesting there could be competition for his signature if Everton decide to do business.

In London, Chelsea are keen to explore a deal worth £69m for Nico Williams. The 24-year-old Spain international plays for Athletic Bilbao, and Chelsea are reportedly interested in testing the possibility of a move.

Arsenal have also been mentioned in relation to Martin Zubimendi, but the suggestion is that they have no intention of selling the 27-year-old Spanish midfielder in January. That would close off one potential exit route during the winter window.

Elsewhere, Real Madrid and Barcelona have made fresh enquiries about American teenager Cavan Sullivan. The 16-year-old is set to join Manchester City from Philadelphia Union when he turns 18, but the two Spanish giants are reportedly checking on his situation.

Liverpool face a clear financial hurdle if they want to sign Rayan from Bournemouth. Reports indicate they would have to pay the full £130m release clause for the 20-year-old Brazilian, despite manager Andoni Iraola’s relationship with the midfielder from his time as Cherries boss.

Atletico Madrid and Argentina midfielder Julian Alvarez, 26, is considering leaving his long-term agent after a summer of transfer speculation. Arsenal and Barcelona are among the suitors reportedly tracking him, adding another layer to his uncertain situation.

Everton, meanwhile, are unlikely to pursue a return for Tottenham and Brazil forward Richarlison. The 29-year-old was linked with a move back to the Toffees over the summer, but Everton are not expected to follow up that interest.
